BCSP Courses

BCSP Level 1
This course will cover in-depth training about the features of BLACKbox & technical knowledge about the characteristics of BLACKbox.

BCSP Level 2
This course will cover in-depth training about the User Profiling Portal, as well as an overview of the central Ticket Management Portal of BLACKbox.

BCSP Level 3
It will cover a deep understanding of customer requirements, problems, and issues. It also includes reverting the draft reply through the flowchart and portal to support customer incident and service requests.

BCSP Black Belt
It will cover independent hands-on installation and configuration of the BLACKbox at the customer's place as per their requirements. BLACKbox Team will help indirectly.

Synersoft offers four rigorous levels of BCSP (BLACKbox Certified Security Professional) called BCSP Level 1, 2, 3 and BCSP Black Belt. It includes training small groups on Zoom, issuance of demo licenses, and practical exercises. After going through the course, one can apply for an online examination designed for each level.
